This grey water tank is designed to be used as a collection tank for waste water from showers, sinks, dishwashers etc with 2 x 19mm, 3 x 25mm and 3 x 38mm inlet ports and 1 x 19mm and 1 x 25mm outlet ports. 2 x 19mm vents are also included. All inlet/outlet connections are sealed from new. Just drill or cut the ends to use the ones you need.

The tank includes an Ultima Switch for automatic operation and is easy to connect to any 12v/24v pump up to 20 amps. The Ultima switch is a highly reliable solid state switch which uses no moving parts or toxic mercury to sense water level. The switch activates the pump when the water level reaches 2" or more and turns off when the water level reaches 3/4".

The tank does not come with a pump but is prepared for a Viking 16 Pump, with pre-drilled holes ready for pump fixing.

ECONOMICAL AND EFFICIENT

With TEK-TANKS Grey Water System it is possible to divert all Grey water (waste water from sinks, showers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, washing machines, ice makers etc.) to one holding tank and then to discharge it through one skin fitting.

SIMPLE TO INSTALL

This system has been designed to manage and support the waste water disposal system of larger craft which previously required a multitude of skin fittings and complex pipework for this task.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL AND PUMPING

The TEK-TANKS GWS features an automatic pump control system. The built-in electronic sender senses when the contents of the tank require pumping and operates a relay which switches on the discharge pump. This control system can also feature manual override and manual control options by simply varying the wiring layout.

VERSATILE PUMP OPTIONS

In order to ensure good reliability, TEK-TANKS recommend the use of a "diaphragm" type pump to handle congealed fat from sinks and hair from the showers. The GWS can be used with most large bore (typically 25 - 38mm) diaphragm pumps.

LONG LIFE, RELIABLE AND LIGHTWEIGHT

Just like all of the TEK-TANKS range of tanks, the GWS holding tank is manufactured from modern, lightweight plastic materials, in this case black, High Density Polyethylene, providing a system which cannot corrode or "age degrade" like old fashioned flexible or metal tanks.

Strong mounting flanges, to allow easy, safe and rigid installation, are incorporated into the system.
